March 27, 2024 at 12:50 pm in reply to: How Does The User Level & Badge System Empower Admins To Motivate Users ? #2828RobertParticipant
The User Level & Badge system is a pivotal feature provided by the Points and Rewards plugin to motivate users to actively participate and engage with the platform. This system rewards users with points for activities they undertake within the community, such as posting content, commenting, interacting with others, or achieving specific milestones.
At the core of this system are user levels, each representing a different tier of achievement within the community. As users accumulate points through their activities, they progress through these levels, unlocking new privileges, features, and recognition badges along the way.
Overall, the User Level & Badge system plays a crucial role in driving user engagement and retention within our community platform.
By gamifying the user experience and providing tangible rewards for participation, we create a dynamic and rewarding environment that encourages users to become active members of our community.

February 7, 2024 at 12:30 pm in reply to: How to allow check-in using QR Code in the Event Plugin? #2625RobertParticipantThe Event Tickets Pro makes it simple for consumers to check in by scanning a QR code. Scan the created QR Code on the event ticket sent to you through email in pdf format and click the link produced from the QR Code to be routed to the Event’s check-in website.
On QR Scan you will get three different messages on different conditions.
- If you have already checked in manually by entering your credentials, on the QR scan you will get a message “You are already checked in”.
- If you are checked in by QR Scan you will get a message “You are checked in successfully”.
- If you are trying for early check-in before the event starts you will get a message “Event has not started yet”.

January 19, 2024 at 12:16 pm in reply to: How Can I Manage the Return and Refund of my Online WooCommerce Store? #2534RobertParticipantHey!
If you own a WooCommerce store, you come across various situations from your customers’ side that need to be tackled to retain customers’ attention for your business to keep growing.
Among such situations, one of the most common situations is to allow returns and refunds on the WooCommerce store. This is one of the basic features your customers need on your WooCommerce store. The RMA Report feature enables the admins to have an overall insight into the refund, return, exchange, and cancellation of the website.
WooCommerce doesn’t have this return refund management system through which store owners can manage their return refund. hence they need an external plugin to meet this need of the customers.
RMA Return Refund & Exchange For WooCommerce Pro is a WooCommerce plugin that EASILY PROCESSES RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS WITH OUTSTANDING AUTO RE-STOCKING, GLOBAL SHIPPING, WALLET INTEGRATION, AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FEATURE.
RobertParticipantHi Daniel,
Congratulations on your new venture. To answer your question, you can very seamlessly handle returns with WooCommerce. How?
By simply installing the WooCommerce RMA plugin.
It is a complete solution for any kind of return, refund, or exchange request. It gives your customers an easy and simple way to apply for Refund, Exchange, Wallet, Cancel Order requests, and much more.
The whole refund or exchange process goes under a proper mailing system which is the ideal return management system.

April 10, 2023 at 12:25 pm in reply to: Can we preview the Data before importing the Points Log Table? #1685RobertParticipantHey! Sure, here you go!
The Membership Feature,
- Admin End: Admin can create different levels of Membership, for example, Premium, Silver, Gold, etc. He can assign some loyalty points that will be given as loyalty points and rewards to each membership level. Each level can have some categories and products of the selected categories (if no products are selected then all products of selected categories are assigned to that level), and some discount (in %).
- Front End: When customers will have earned reward points sufficient to reach any level, only that level will be displayed with a select box, with other levels listed in a table. When Customer becomes a member, they will get some offers on selected categories as well as products.
April 4, 2023 at 2:10 pm in reply to: Can we preview the Data before importing the Points Log Table? #1626RobertParticipantHey Daniel!
I am glad you started using WooCommerce Ultimate Points and Rewards, and I hope it is resulting to be fruitful for you. Now, coming to your question. Previously there was no way in which you could preview the table. But after the new feature update, you can do it.
How?
Just open the settings, and click on the “Points Table” feature.
Through this setting, the plugin allows you to view the point log, and coupon detail, and modify the points of the customer with a specific remark. You can also import the CSV file of the points table to update the points of customers. The users can also have a quick preview of the CSV file that they are importing, to find anomalies in the file (if any).
March 27, 2023 at 1:58 pm in reply to: How can we Restrict Points on login Frequency with Rewards System for Tutor LMS? #1522RobertParticipantI am glad you asked this question. There is something for both the students and the tutors.
Some of the features that will be beneficial for the tutors are:
- Enrolled Students: This allows the instructors to earn points when a student has enrolled in a particular course.
- Birthday Points: This enables the instructors to earn points on their birthdays. The new instructor requires to fill in the instructor’s details in the settings part of the instructor’s dashboard.
- Course Created Points: This enables the instructor to earn points for creating exclusive courses for the students.
- Lesson-Created Points: Lessons are a part of the course the instructors create. This setting enables the instructor to earn points for creating lessons for the students, and so much more…

Yes, there was a new feature update that went live last week. This is a part of the new “advanced settings”, which include the social sharing setting that allows the merchants to enable the social share buttons for social media platforms like Facebook, Gmail, Twitter, and Whatsapp for customers to share variable product details on social sites.
1. Enable Social Sharing Settings
The admin/ user can enable this setting if he wants to make the social sharing icons visible on the product page.
2. Select Social Share Name Here
With this setting, the admin can select the social media platforms which he wants to show on the platform for sharing purposes. Social media platforms like Facebook, Gmail, Twitter, and Whatsapp.
February 24, 2023 at 1:25 pm in reply to: How many Variations can be created Per Product using Variation Master plugin? #1208RobertParticipantHey, Eliana.
I am glad the plugin is working for you. To answer your question, WooCommerce provides 50 variations by default. But if you wish to upgrade the number, you can go to the settings of our plugin, and do so.
Go to “Global Settings” and scroll down to find the “Number of variations you want to create on one request” from here the user can upgrade the default variation number.
For example, if a user says wants to upgrade the number to 300 variations.
Just a General Tip here: It is advised not to keep the number above 500 because then your website might crash.
