ParticipantWith a small team, pick a few channels and run them well rather than spreading yourself across all of them. A simple Q4 plan:
- Work backwards from your biggest sale date: list every date that matters (festivals, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, year end) and set your prep deadlines 3 to 4 weeks before each.
- Start with the channels you already own: your email list, WhatsApp opt-ins, and existing customers convert better and cost less than cold ad traffic.
- Segment your audience: send repeat buyers early access or a loyalty bonus, and send first-time visitors a welcome offer. One generic blast leaves money on the table.
- Fix your leaks before buying traffic: check checkout speed, mobile layout, and shipping cost visibility first. Paid traffic into a leaky checkout just wastes budget.
- Plan your recovery flow: abandoned cart reminders matter most when traffic and intent are high.
- Schedule everything in advance: banners, coupons, and emails should be queued before the rush so you can spend the sale itself fixing problems, not building campaigns.
- Measure by channel: Q4 is short, so check weekly which channel is bringing orders and shift effort to it.
