Why are my referral coupons not tracking correctly in the dashboard?

I’m having trouble with the Coupon Referral Program plugin and hoping someone can guide me. I enabled coupon tracking so customers can see used, earned, and expired coupons, but my reports don’t always match actual usage. Some referrals appear missing in the admin panel. I want to make sure my customers are rewarded properly because I love the concept, and it’s been great for engagement so far. Has anyone faced syncing or reporting issues with coupon tracking? How did you fix it? I’d really appreciate step-by-step advice or recommended settings to check.
