I keep hearing both terms and I’m not sure if they’re the same thing.
Which one should I focus on for my WooCommerce store, and how do I build it?
They overlap, but they answer different questions. A marketing funnel covers how strangers find you and become interested: ads, content, social, SEO, email signups. A sales funnel covers how an interested person becomes a paying customer: product page, cart, checkout, and follow-up. For a store, you need both, and the weak stage is the one to fix first.
