Hi,
I allow manual payment, but the subscription got canceled automatically before the customer did her payment.
How can I re-activate the subscription from the backend?

Hi Sam,
the subscription got canceled because of the stock settings – hold stock for x minutes – what did not supposed to happen because the subscription is a virtual product.
Can you give me a solution to re-activate this subscription? Maybe from the database or something?
I know you told me to submit a support ticket, but I did this for other things and do not get an answer there.
