Mary WilliamsParticipantHey everyone!
I’m using the RMA Return Refund & Exchange For WooCommerce Pro plugin and came across its “Attachments for Refund & Exchange” feature. It looks super useful for letting customers upload files like product images or invoices with their requests. I’d love to know – how do you use this feature effectively in your store? Any tips on setting it up or managing the uploaded attachments smoothly? and as the festive season is approaching what are the steps and strategies I can follow?
P.S. Do you guys also running a festive sale?

ParticipantHey there!
That’s a great question. The “Attachments for Refund & Exchange” feature in the RMA Return Refund & Exchange For WooCommerce Pro plugin is indeed a game-changer! It allows your customers to upload images, receipts, or any supporting documents directly with their refund or exchange requests. This makes it easier for you to validate their requests quickly and improves communication transparency.
Here are a few tips to use it effectively:
- Enable the feature – Go to the plugin settings in your WooCommerce dashboard and turn on the “Allow Customers to Upload Attachments” option.
- Set file type and size limits – Restrict uploads to safe file formats like JPG, PNG, or PDF, and set a reasonable size limit to avoid server overload.
- Add clear instructions – Use a short note near the upload button (e.g., “Upload product image or invoice for faster approval”) to guide customers.
- Review attachments from the admin panel – All uploaded files appear with the refund/exchange request, so you can check them before approving or rejecting.
And yes, we’re currently running an exciting Halloween Sale — Flat 25% OFF on all WooCommerce Plugins!
It’s the perfect time to upgrade your store features before the festive rush. -
