I’m running a WooCommerce store where I offer workshops and classes, and many of them repeat weekly or monthly. Right now, I’m creating each event manually, which is taking a lot of time and getting hard to manage.
Ideally, I’m also looking for something that can sync with Google Calendar or help manage schedules more efficiently.
You’re not the only one who has this problem with WooCommerce when it comes to recurring events like classes, workshops, or coaching sessions. WooCommerce doesn’t handle recurring events very well by default, so making them by hand can quickly become too much work.
It’s better to use a booking or events system that lets you:
schedules that happen every day, week, or month
Automatically creating slots syncing calendars (especially with Google Calendar)
This way, you only have to set the event once, and the system will take care of repeating it, making it available, and making changes.
One useful way to do this is to connect your events to Google Calendar. It helps you:
stay away from double bookings
Manage everything from one place and keep schedules up to date in real time.
You can go through Google Calendar integration to get a clear overview of setting up and managing recurring events.
