Liam ForbsParticipantCurrently , everything i am doing is manual, even though I am managing leads and customers in Salesforce and operate a WooCommerce store.
Everytime when a new client signs up or places an order in WooCommerce I:
- Export client information
- Add CSV files to Salesforce.
- Check for duplicates by hand.
- When client information changes, update the records.
Instead, I would like a real-time, automated sync where:
- Salesforce immediately creates new WooCommerce clients as Leads or Contacts.
- When an existing customer’s information changes, it is automatically updated.
- The use of email or customer ID matching helps to prevent duplicate records.
Can WooCommerce and Salesforce be connected directly to ensure that customer data is always in sync without the need for user intervention?

Devin WilliamsParticipantYou can sync WooCommerce customers with Salesforce automatically by using a Salesforce WooCommerce integration that connects both platforms directly through APIs. Once connected, every new customer created in WooCommerce is automatically added to Salesforce as a Lead or Contact, and existing customer records are updated in real time. This removes the need for manual CSV imports or third-party automation tools.
With the integration enabled, customer details like name, email, billing information, and order activity stay perfectly in sync. Built-in email matching helps prevent duplicate records, while field mapping ensures WooCommerce customer data aligns with your Salesforce CRM structure. This way, your sales and marketing teams always work with accurate, up-to-date customer data.
