ParticipantHi there,
I’m using Wallet System for WooCommerce Pro, and I want to allow my customers to request and send wallet payments instantly within my store. I noticed that the plugin offers a Send Payment Request feature, but I’m not completely sure how to enable it or how it works on the front end for users.
Right now, customers can top up and use their wallet balance, but they’re not seeing an option to request payments from other users or send money directly. I need clear guidance on:
- How to enable the Send Payment Request feature
- Whether both users need wallet accounts to transact
- How the request/approval workflow functions
- Any restrictions or settings I should check
- How this can be optimized for high-traffic seasons
With BFCM coming up, I want to make sure this feature is working perfectly because customers may need to transfer funds, share balances, or split payments during peak shopping days. A smooth peer-to-peer wallet experience would really help boost conversions and reduce checkout friction.
Can someone guide me on the correct setup or provide troubleshooting steps?
Thanks in advance!

Mary WilliamsParticipantAbsolutely! The Send Payment Request feature in Wallet System for WooCommerce Pro allows customers to request funds, send payments, and approve/deny incoming requests directly from their wallet dashboard. Here’s how you can enable and use it:
1. Enable the Payment Request Feature
Go to:
WordPress Dashboard → Wallet System → Settings → Wallet Features
Make sure “Enable Payment Request” is switched ON.
This will allow customers to see the Send/Request Money option inside their Wallet dashboard.2. Users Must Be Logged In & Have Wallet Access
Both the sender and the receiver must:- Have an account on your store
- Have the wallet feature enabled
- Be logged in when sending/requesting payments
This ensures secure and authenticated transactions.
3. How the Workflow Functions (Front-End Experience)
Once enabled, customers can:- Go to My Account – Wallet -Send/Request Money
- Enter the email address of the other user
- Enter the amount they want to request or send
- The other user will get a notification
- They can approve or decline the payment request
- Approved amounts instantly update the wallet balance
It’s fast, secure, and perfect for situations like shared purchases, group buying, or balance transfers.
4. Check for Restrictions
If the feature doesn’t appear, verify these:- KYC restrictions (if enabled) — unverified users may not see options
- Withdraw/transfer limits
- Minimum wallet balance requirements
- User role restrictions
Make sure the settings align with your store needs.
