Add product attributes of an external plugin

Hi

I bought the plugin PDF Generator For WordPress Pro to create a pdf with ALL the information of a product.

Well, the plugin doesn’t print some information from an external plugin.

I have requested a refund as it does not meet my needs and I WAS DENIED.

So could someone please help me to implement this information? how could I do this? Which file should I edit?

I know it isn’t easy without having the site at hand (i can’t share it for privacy reasons) but maybe someone has found themselves in the same position as me and can give me some advice…

I’m incredibly pissed off at the developers of the plugin. The plugin doesn’t do what it promises and they won’t give me a refund!! EMBARRASSING!

I already contacted support and they offered me the solutions for $200. I can’t spend that amount so since the plugin doesn’t show all the product details in the pdf as promised it’s absurd that I won’t get a refund!

That’s why I asked on the forum if anyone has any suggestions on how to modify the plugin files to also show the information of external plugins.

As the data is coming from the third-party plugin so we need to check the possibility of this. And we haven’t mentioned anywhere on our product page or documentation that our plugin is compatible with your plugin.

And to render the table into the PDF we need to customize our plugin and for that, we need to do extra custom coding and that will be on a chargeable basis.
