Hi,
I have a confusing case of orders that I do not understand for a customer and due the nature of it he can not access his subscription. I will try to explain to the best of my ability:
We have a product with a 14 day trial before it becomes an annual subscription.
This is what the customer wrote:
I ordered your HappyArbitrage tool “Happy Barcode Body” for a free trial period of 2 weeks on January 5th (order #7529).
I found this tool very useful and I wanted to extend my use (order #7798).
On 26.01.24 I made a bank transfer to you in the amount of 98,53€. Amount as indicated on order #7798.
I also received a confirmation email from Stripe that the transfer was initiated.Start date 5th January. He made the “renewal order” on the 19th.
(I don’t know of this mechanic). But his ordered got canceled inside the trial on the 25th of January.
The renewal order is completed. We got the money from him, but the overarching order with the subscription is now on canceled.Should this not have been updated on it its own? And how do I proceed in general with it?The only way I have is to set his status on “to be cancelled”.
There is also no date for an active subscription. Which should be the 19th of January plus one year, so 19.01.2025. But that is not set for the subscription.
So all I can do right now is set myself a reminder I guess for this one client to manually change his status in about a year, as our tool should be working for him with the “to be cancelled” status.Or is there another way?
Like I said, very confusing. I hope it made it clear.

We do not charge for the subscription once it is canceled but in your case, it is happening which is very strange. There is a need to debug the issue to check on your website
