I want to make the availability of bookings on the basis of hours, is it possible?

If you are looking to set the booking slot on the basis of hourly basis, you can easily do it with the Bookings For WooCommerce Pro plugin.
You can visit the Products edit page >> Availability setting >> Select the option to set the time slot.
