If I want to trigger or show the upsell based on the minimum cart amount, how it can be done?

You can easily set the threshold or minimum cart amount to trigger the upsell offer to show to the customers with the One Click Upsell Funnel For WooCommerce Pro plugin.
You Can go to Funnel Settings>> Set Minimum Cart Amount >> Save Settings.
Then upsell offer will be triggered based on a set minimum cart amount.
