I tried raising a create and got this error

here is my detailed message.

Hello Team,

Coupon Codes are getting generated every time the customer opens the cart page.

I expect it to only raise coupon code for the customer for the first time the customer is recognised as abandoned cart customer and the system should not keep creating more coupons until the first coupon code is still valid. Coupons expire in 3 days so it should not create another coupon code for the same customer.

Abandoned Cart timer is 15 minutes so every time the customer opens the checkout page for 15 mins the plugin creates another coupon code for the same customer email and a new coupon code number.

I hope my explanation is clear, if not then let me know how we can communicate faster.

I found another issue with this plugin.

It keeps making coupon code for the same customer even have it have a previous valid coupon code.

Is there a way to stop it from making duplicate coupons for the same customer ?

This is already obsolete so risky to use it but thanks.

2. For the custom requirement, it will cost you roughly around $1000 for adding multiple rules and also taking RFM into consideration for abandoned cart coupon generation.

Charging me the whole amount of development while you will continue to sell the plugin further with additional feature is what I feared for.  The requirement is just to add multiple rules using the same logic, Minimum cart value.  not adding RFM. Plus this plugin is recurring cost so it should be added to future update.

I will check with my wp developer on how much he will charge for it as $1000 for a single function is way to high. If I have to use single coupon code logic then i will look for some other plugin with perpetual cost while controlling the logic’s in mautic.

1. Our plugin currently syncs details with Mautic in an encoded format. To utilize these encoded details in your email templates, you can explore various plugins available on the Mautic platform that offer this capability.

Can you give me any example of these please ?

2. Regarding your other question, at this time, our plugin does not support setting rules for abandoned cart scenarios. However, we can customize the plugin for you to include multiple rules for abandoned cart coupons if you’re interested.

Sure, If it is not going to be too expensive then I will be interested it to get it done for all the other users.
