    Hello @chiara-wed,

    As the data is coming from the third-party plugin so we need to check the possibility of this. And we haven’t mentioned anywhere on our product page or documentation that our plugin is compatible with your plugin.

    And to render the table into the PDF we need to customize our plugin and for that, we need to do extra custom coding and that will be on a chargeable basis.

    Yes, we have [PRODUCTNAME] shortcode in our pro plugin to replace the product name in the template. We don’t have a long description shortcode for now.
