I’m getting ready for BFCM 2025 and trying to finalize my discount strategy for my WooCommerce store. I’m torn between doing a flat percentage off (like 25% sitewide), tiered discounts (like buy more, save more), or something fun like mystery deals. For those who’ve tested these which structure actually gave you the best conversion boost or AOV? Would love to hear what’s worked (or not) for you!
