Hi,
Recently purchased the Points and rewards plugin for use on my website. I have some questions about the plugin:
1. I am using this plugin on my staging site before moving it over to the live site. Will I have to deactivate the plugin on the staging site before installing it onto the live site I only purchased one site license?
2. Playing about with the plugin and seeing what works I created some membership levels and when I go to the ‘My Account’ section I can see them all listed under the ‘My Points’ Tab. However, when clicking on the Upgrade level button after selecting the level in the dropdown box I am getting an error message displayed thus: “There has been a critical error on the website”. There are sufficient points in the account to upgrade the level so that can’t be the problem.
Is this a known bug or is there a problem somewhere? I’m using the flatsome theme on my website.
Apart from that everything seems to be working as expected. If I can just get this side working then I can get it moved over from staging to Live.

For your first query:
You can use our plugin for 30 days on your staging site without activating the license. One license will be applicable on one domain only. If you want to change the domain for the license then please let us know. We will rest your license.
For your second query:
The issue you are facing may be due to the third-party plugin or the theme so you can run a test by deactivating the third-party plugin or by changing the theme and then see whether facing the same issue.
