Subscriptions not showing in Table

I have just installed the subscription plugin. I have just had 2 subscription orders however these are not showing in the subscription table. I am using the free version.

The issue may be due to some conflict with other plugins, so we need the order id and some other details, As our support team is in connection with you please share some details and it will be resolved.
