Hi,
Today we received a failed order. In this order, the customer tries to use points to exchange for a product, the points got deducted even when the order fails (as it contains items that needs to be paid by credit card but the credit card has error processing)
May I know how to prevent the points got deducted in future if the order fails?

Thank you for using our plugin,
In this scenario when the order fails then you only need to change the order status to refunded after which the points will be added back to the user account.
