Hi guys,
about a week ago I created a ticket through the form on the website. It threw an error at first but after clicking the submit button for the second time it said it successfully submitted the ticket. Could you check? I used the same email address as I used here on the Forum’s account.

I just created another ticket. Again I am receiving a message first that my message could not be sent but when clicking the send button again I am receiving a confirmation. There is no email confirmation though and I am thiking something is broken. Please let me know ASAP how to contact support as we have been waiting for almost 2 weeks and this is impacting our project progress.
