You can easily set a limit for a Free trial of Subscriptions for the customers with the Subscriptions For WooCommerce Pro plugin by which the customers can purchase the subscription plan but cannot cancel their free trial subscription.
You just need to go to Product Settings >> Subscription Settings >> Set the Limit Value for Free Trial
