I was curious about the newly launched “Event Ticket Waitlist” feature, and how it helps WooCommerce-based event companies?
Hello Daniel,
The Event ticket waitlist functionality of the WooCommerce events plugin enables admins to do the following: When a confirmed event ticket is cancelled, the system automatically accepts the oldest waiting ticket for the same event and confirms it, notifying the customer via email.
