Event Tickets for Woo license activation

Hi,
I purchased Event Tickets for Woo

On plugin page I getting message  “Activate the license key before 13 days or you may risk losing data and the plugin will also become disfunctional.”

But when I am trying to activate it using my license number I getting message “Reached maximum activation. License key already in use on (my site address)”

I can’t understad is my license activated or not?

Can anybody help me please?
