How to create a PDF invoice for your orders from the ‘Orders’ section of the dashboard?
February 9, 2023 at 4:36 am #1002ChristopherParticipantIn order to create an invoice, you first need to “create an order”.
Step 1: Go to WooCommerce.
Step 2: Go to Orders.
Step 3: Enter the information about the new order.
Step 4: Add the billing details.
Step 5: Click on Add items.
Step 6: Click on Create on the Order Actions page. After adding all the order information, simply go to Order Actions and click on Create. By doing so, an email with the invoice of the order will be sent to the user’s email account.

March 20, 2023 at 5:12 am #1424RaisaParticipantThere are several plugins available for creating custom invoices in WooCommerce. Here are some recommended plugins:
- Invoice & Packing Slip Generator for WooCommerce: This plugin allows you to create and customize both invoices and packing slips, including the ability to add your own logo, customize the layout, and include relevant information such as taxes and shipping costs.
- WP-Invoice: This plugin allows you to create and send invoices directly from your WordPress dashboard, and also includes features like customizable email templates and automatic reminders for unpaid invoices.
- Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce: While not strictly an invoicing plugin, this plugin allows you to customize the numbering system for your orders and invoices, which can be useful for tracking and organization purposes.
- WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips: This plugin allows you to customize the layout and design of your invoices and packing slips, and also includes features like automatic invoice numbering and the ability to attach invoices to emails.
It’s important to note that some of these plugins may have a cost associated with them, so be sure to review pricing and features before making a decision.
