The prevent fraudulent feature of the Coupon Referral Program plugin gives access to the admin to allow only valid email domains. By using this setting, the admin can prevent fraudulent or disposal email IDs from registering on their website as a referee.

Simply go to Settings > Prevent fraudulent tab > Choose to enable/disable > Add allowed email domains for signup > Save changes.
