Hi, I am well versed with the plugin functioning of Order Tracker. But, I need to know if my clients need to track their orders, then how they will be able to do it?
Hii, WooCommerce Order Tracker enables customers to track their orders in a streamlined manner. Hence, your clients will be able to track their orders using the Order Numbers and Tracking URLs. Even they can track their orders if a third-party shipment is used.
There are two ways by which your clients can track their orders.
Firstly: For it, your clients will have to go to the Track Order page and put the Order ID & email. Then, finally, click on the Track Order button.
Secondly: They can go to the My Account Page, then to the Order Section. Here your client will get Track Order Button associated with every order. So, they can click on it for the order they want to track.
In case, a guest user wants to track an order, then how he/she will be able to do it?
Guest users can easily track their orders in WooCommerce Order Tracker through their Order ID. For this, they need to go to WooCommerce > Track Your Order > Enable Order Tracking using Order ID only. There will be no requirement for an email ID to track orders.
