Is there a shortcode for including the product name on a template? I mean something like [PRODNAME] or even [LONGDESC] to be replaced for these data on the sent email.

Yes, we have [PRODUCTNAME] shortcode in our pro plugin to replace the product name in the template. We don’t have a long description shortcode for now.
