Hii, I am a WooCommerce store owner. I am facing difficulty in handling failed Subscription payments on my Store. Also, I want to know how can I quickly change the order status of my subscription products for efficient management of my store. Can anyone provide me with a solution for it?
Hi, with the help of the Subscriptions for WooCommerce Pro plugin, you can set automatic retry for your subscription plan payments. You will need to enable the automatic retry subscription on failed attempts from plugin settings. Also, you can set the number of failed attempts after which the subscription will be canceled.
Also, in order to change the product status, go to the plugin settings from Subscription Table > Click on Order and finally make changes to your product status as per your need.
How to enable the manual payment for the Subscriptions?
You can allow your customers to do the manual payment for the subscriptions with the Subscriptions For WooCommerce Pro plugin by just going to Advanced Setting >> Enable Manual Payment For Subscriptions.
