How can I set up exclusive access for paid members on my WooCommerce store with monthly and discounted yearly pricing? Do I need to use both Membership and Subscription plugins, and which one should I use to create the plans?

Hello,

Yes you can do this with our plugins named Subscription for WooCommerce and Membership for WooCommerce

You required both the plugins at same time and then you can make plans as per your needs
