I am setting up an event and I want to make it easy for customers to transfer their tickets to friends or family members if they no longer able to attend.
How can I allow customers to transfer their tickets to someone else?
It’s Pretty easy, To allow customers to share their tickets with friends and family members, you will need to enable the Allow Ticket Sharing Feature from the General settings tab.
This feature will enable customers to easily transfer their tickets to others without having to go through support.

Yes, we do have a feature to choose from the multiple tickets layouts.
There is a new feature in the latest version of Event Ticket Manager for WooCommerce plugin
1. Go to the PDF Ticket Layout Setting tab
2. Choose your desirable layout
Here are multiple layouts you can choose from according to your event preference.
3. Click on the Save button to apply the layout
Using this feature you can provide users with more personalized and visually appealing tickets
