Hi there, I’m a client who runs an event planning business on WooCommerce, and I often receive requests for Bookings from large groups of people. It’s been a bit of a challenge managing these bookings, especially when the venue has limited capacity or when we have limited resources.
I was wondering if it’s possible for the administrator to define the maximum and minimum number of persons who can place bookings. This would help me ensure that I don’t accept bookings that are too large for the venue, or too small to be profitable for my business.
Do you know if this is something that can be done? If so, please let me know how to go about it. It would be a huge help for my business if we could implement this feature. Thank you!

With this plugin, you can easily enable the checkbox option for People on the Product Edit page and then set a minimum and a maximum number of individuals for each booking.
But that’s not all. The plugin also comes with a plugin-based setting option that allows you to instantly add your booking requests to your Google Calendar. This feature not only makes it easy to keep track of your bookings but also serves as a virtual reminder of them.
Another great feature of the plugin is the ease of structuring a booking calendar with the WooCommerce Calendar Booking view. With this view, you can easily build and analyze how your day or month is progressing, and change current bookings or availability accordingly.
So, if you’re looking for an all-in-one solution to manage your bookings, the Bookings for WooCommerce plugin is definitely worth checking out. And remember, modifying the number of people allowed for each booking is a breeze with this plugin – simply go to the Product Edit page, enable the checkbox option for People, and set your desired minimum and maximum number of individuals.

I want to know if the admin manager can access the system and manage bookings on behalf of their customers without the need for the customers to log in and make the bookings themselves.
This would make it much more convenient for me and my fellow customers to make bookings, especially if we are not comfortable using the online booking system ourselves. I would like to know if this is a feature that is available or if there are any alternatives that can be used to achieve the same result.

If you are using WooCommerce for your website, you can use the “Bookings for WooCommerce” plugin. This plugin enables admin managers to handle bookings for their registered customers from the website backend without any hassle.
To get started, the admin manager simply needs to navigate to the plugin backend settings and select the “Add Booking Order” tab. From there, they can easily manage the bookings order on behalf of their customers.
With this plugin, you and your fellow customers can now enjoy the convenience of having admin managers handle the booking process for you. It’s a great solution that streamlines the booking process and makes it much more efficient.
Give it a try and see how it works for you!
