Hey,
I’ll be using the subscription plugin on my site and would like to check on different places on the site if the current user (or user by id) is an active subscriber. Is there a function that would check that, or should I code it on my own?
Many thanks,
Hello,
As an Admin, you can view all active and other subscriptions associated with our plugin from the “My Subscription” tab.
If you need any additional functionality or changes, feel free to let us know. We can assist you with custom code to meet your specific requirements.
Thank you!
Hello Bennet, thanks for your reply! I’m not interested in checking the active subscribers in administration, I’d like to use a PHP functions to check if user by user id is an active subscriber. Is there an existing option for this?
Hi,
There is no function as of now, However, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance—they’ll be happy to help you with any additional details.
Best regards,
This is exactly what I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out. I bought the Subscriptions Pro plugin expecting it to function (no pun intended) in a PRO type of way. I have got to be able to query my users subscriptions status with a function for this plugin to work for my needs. If there is no function or way to do this, then I need to look elsewhere to serve my agency’s customers. So to be clear, Bennet.. you’re telling us that there is no way for us to do this without paying you more money?
Thanks for understanding the importance of all of this and for your help. <3
