can not find some settings

Hi, on the subscription info page, there are some items that I can not find on my site (pro plugin)
First, with add manual subscription order, it says ‘in addition, the admin can select a parent order’. But when there is no parent order, a manuam subscription can not be made.

How can I fix this?

Where can I update next payment date and price? I can not find any way to do this
