Hello!
Is there a way in which my customers can download the purchase event tickets for offline use? As some customers want us to add this facility to our website!
Can someone help us out with this?
Hello Robert,
Yes, with the help of the Event Tickets Manager plugin customers can download the tickets in PDF format.
Also when the customer purchases an event the downloadable PDF file is mailed to the customer.
