If you are looking to use the functionality of offline gift cards, with Gift Cards For WooCommerce Pro plugin, you can easily use the functionality of offline gift cards in which you can select and import the .csv file where all the required data is there and after that you can decide the template for gift coupons, and it will be sent to all the users.
You can enable this feature from the Plugins’ Backend Settings >> Offline Gift Cards Settings
