How does the admin send the gift cards from the backend?

Yeah. You can send offline gift cards to users individually and in bulk from the plugin’s backend. To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Gift Cards >> Settings >> Offline Gift Card and click on Add New.
Step 2: Fill in all the required gift voucher details like Schedule Date, To, From, Custom Coupon Code, Amount, Message, and Template.
Step 3: Lastly, click on Save & Send.

Next up, if you want to send offline gift coupons in bulk, follow this process: 

Step 1: Open the Offline Gift Card tab and download the card list.
Step 2: Open the CSV file and edit the following details in it: To, From, Message, Price, and Schedule Date.
Step 3: After entering the details, save your file. Then, from the Office Card List, click on the Choose file option and upload your CSV file.
Step 4: At last, click on the Import Button to send multiple gift vouchers at once.
