Hi! I have just launched a points and rewards program for my WooCommerce store.
Now, I understand the basic concept of how it works, but I am confused about whether customers can purchase products using only WooCommerce reward points that they have earned. Can someone help me out?
Yes. This is a functionality that almost all Points and Rewards plugins offer 9 out of 10 times.
But if you are using Points and Rewards for WooCommerce, we can guarantee that it allows customers to purchase eligible products using only their accumulated points. Admins can control which products or categories can be purchased with points.
